Q How do I know what my monogram will look like?
A Each item has a sampler chart with letter placement for you to see.
Q Will the saddle plate holes line up with existing holes?
A Probably not. There are several ways to address this. You can use a filler to cover the existing holes or add additional nails to make a stud. Custom sizing is always an option for an additonal fee. Please contact us for pricing and options.
Q How long does it take to receive my order?
A Custom merchandise like saddle plates can take up to 6 weeks depending on the time of year and how busy we are. Stock merchandise like most jewelry ship within the week unless items are out of stock. Email confirmations are sent for each order with details on lead times. Orders will receive shipping confirmation via PayPal with tracking numbers. This is sent to the email used to place the order. Orders usually ship USPS First Class Mail. USPS shipping runs 2 to 5 days. Once an order is shipped we have no control over the delivery time frame.
Q Shipping Fees. Where and how much?
A Shipping is a flat fee to US, CA, and several other international locations. If you do not see your counrty located a checkout, just email for a quote. Some countries like CA and EU charge additonal fees or tariffs on incoming deliveries. We have no control over this and do not coordinate rates. You can contact your local post office for details. Fees are typically incurred on larger packages.
Q This is a gift. Can I ship it to a different address?
A Of course. You should follow up your order with details of shipping address.
Q What if I do not like what I ordered?
A Custom is described as anything that is made specially for you. You can return custom merchandise for any reason. Refunds for custom merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Stock merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping costs incurred are non refundable.
Errors made by Swanky Saddle Co. will be replaced.
Q I made a mistake and did not order my monogram correctly, what can I do?
A Please check over your order to make sure you have followed directions for letter placement and letter spaces available on merchandise, because each order is made especially for you. Mistakes can be reordered at a discount price.
Q Can I use my logo or other image for anything?
A That is a definite possibility. We do so many things. Please send us an email and include your image and details on what you are looking for.
Q How can I check on my order?
A You can simply email us a request. Please include order number and email used to place the order.
Q Are you looking for Ambassadors? Do you sponsor riders? Do you offer show sponsorships?
A We have just completed this years Ambassador Selections.
A We do not typically sponsor riders.
A We are always open to requests for show sponsorships or donations.
Q How do I install my Saddle Plate?
A We do not recommend self installation. You can get proper and professional installation from a saddle shop, leather repair shop or cobbler for a small fee. Once a saddle plate is installed their are no options for refunds or exchanges.
Q I sent an email and had no response.
A Oops. Your email may have been overlooked. Please don't get mad, just try again. Sometimes emails just get caught up in spam or a we forgot to flag it.
